The Singers
→ Annette Hessel
Annette Hessel comes from a small village in Münsterland, and yet she has been drawn to the boards that mean the world since early childhood. Today she is a trained musical performer and works as a singer and singing teacher. In addition to various show, dinner and band appearances, she has been slipping into the role of Annifried again and again for over 5 years now. With ABBACOUSTICA she now has the unique opportunity to interpret the songs of the Swede in her own way and to be herself.
→ Ramona Akgören
Born in Kempten, she is a trained musical performer and singer. Her profession has taken her to many places in Europe as well as Egypt and China. Being a musical performer/singer makes her life colorful. She was allowed to sing on many stages, meet people and "experience" music. Ramona is very grateful to be part of the ABBACOUSTICA ensemble and to let the songs of ABBA sound in a completely new way.
→ Viktor Silvester Wendtner
Viktor Silvester Wendtner started his musical career at the age of seven with French horn lessons. Since playing the French horn and singing at the same time is somewhat difficult, he soon traded the brass instrument for lessons on guitar and piano. At the age of twenty he trained as a musical performer in Hamburg. His profession led him to numerous stages in Germany and abroad. In addition, he works as a singing teacher. ABBACOUSTICA is a matter of the heart for him - here he can perform a wonderful piece of music history with four equally excellent colleagues and good friends.
→ Jo Schleker
Jo Schleker has been on the theater stage since early childhood and has remained true to his passion in his profession. After studying applied theater, music and media sciences, he now works as a freelance director, author, singer, actor, dramaturge and theater pedagogue. With ABBACOUSTICA, his creative head and his musical heart equally find a home on stage.

→ Tamara Lachner
Tamara Lachner has been on stage for 20 years, first as an actress, later as a singer. In 2003 she won her first singing competition. Since then she travels as a singer across the republic and abroad. First as a front woman in some bands. After that she started solo with her own program and also performed in several musical productions a colorful potpourri of the most beautiful musical songs. Already as a child Tamara could sing along the ABBA songs by heart and is now very happy to be able to present the songs in a great arrangement at ABBACOUSTICA.
→ Verena Mackenberg
Verena Mackenberg has been making music since childhood. Starting with piano, organ and drums, she later discovered her love for singing. So she turned her passion into a profession and studied musical at the Folkwang University in Essen. Since then she had many engagements on stages in Germany, on TV and on cruise ships. She familiarized herself with all kinds of musical styles in order to be able to use her voice in a more versatile way. With ABBACOUSTICA she gets to know the songs of ABBA in a completely new way and is happy to breathe life into the unique and challenging arrangements.
→ Mario Zuber
While still a student at the UdK Berlin, Mario Zuber achieved international chart success as a rapper with the group Passion Fruit with the Rigga Ding Dong song. His later engagements include Sunset Boulevard, Rent, The Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast and Alice in Wonderland. Mario Zuber is also active as a director and writer.
→ Sasha Bornemann
Sasha Bornemann came into contact with various instruments as a child through his musical family. Until today he has remained faithful to his guitar and singing. After completing his acting training in Kassel in 2016, he has had several opportunities to combine this early passion with his profession and is happy to be able to fully focus on music with ABBACOUSTICA.
MUSICIANS
→ Stefan Wurz
Stefan Wurz lives in Hildesheim. Since his earliest youth he has played numerous instruments and composed, initially for rock bands and theater groups. He studied musicology and German studies and today works as a freelance composer, arranger, musical director, producer, guitarist and pianist. With ABBACOUSTICA he combines his passions for virtuoso piano playing, sophisticated arrangements and ABBA.
→ Kurthy
Kurthy has been performing on stages around the world for over 30 years. In addition to rock and pop music, he is particularly at home in musicals and has worked in countless shows at home and abroad as a drummer/percussionist, saxophonist and musical director. With ABBACOUSTICA he is especially attracted by the combination of the variety of arrangements and the grandiose music of Abba.
→ Peter Pichl
Peter Pichl came to Hanover from Swabia at the age of 15 and played bass in bands from an early age. At twenty, he decides to devote his life entirely to music. He studied jazz/rock/pop at the Hanover Music Academy. He has always been involved in various genres, as he is interested in all kinds of good music that exists in all styles. That's why it gives him a lot of pleasure to play musicals on a regular basis, because it's hard to beat musical variety. From "Hair" and "Rocky Horror Picture Show" to "Threepenny Opera" and "Cabaret", he has performed in a total of about 25 musicals. In the process, he also got to know and appreciate Stefan Wurz as a great musician and musical director. When Stefan asked him for ABBACOUSTICA, Peter was immediately happy to join.
